We speak AI
Our team comes from the trenches of AI and ML deployment. We understand your stack, your timelines, and your bottlenecks.
We exist at the intersection of compute, chips, and capability — building the GPU financing and leasing infrastructure the AI era actually needs.
The AI build-out is the largest infrastructure deployment of our generation. Training a single frontier model can require tens of thousands of GPUs, sustained over months, drawing more power than a mid-sized city. The capital required is measured in billions.
Traditional financing wasn’t built for this. Banks move slowly. Generalist lessors don’t understand the technology. Venture capital locks up equity on a depreciating asset. The result: AI companies tie up billions in silicon when they should be spending on research, talent, and product.
Zuba exists to fix that. We’re a specialized infrastructure company created to own the GPU assets that the AI economy runs on, and lease them to the operators building it. We operate at the intersection of compute, chips, and capital — three forces that have to move together for frontier AI to work.
We were created by Digitalsky Technologies — a builder of category-defining infrastructure businesses — to bring institutional discipline to the most important asset class of the next decade.
Four principles shape everything we build, every deal we structure, and every operator we work with.
Our team comes from the trenches of AI and ML deployment. We understand your stack, your timelines, and your bottlenecks.
We own what we understand. The hardware sits on our balance sheet, with our capex, on our terms.
Because timing is everything when you’re scaling models or launching products. We close in weeks, not quarters.
Flexible terms that evolve as your business does. From first cluster to hyperscale fleet, we scale with you.
“We operate at the intersection of compute, chips, and capability. From startups to enterprise AI teams, we empower builders across industries and geographies to scale smarter with the infrastructure to make it happen.”

Connect on LinkedInZuba is an AI infrastructure owner and lessor . Its role is to finance, own, and lease massive GPU clusters and associated data center infrastructure—built around technologies such as NVIDIA systems—to AI developers, enabling them to access frontier-scale compute without directly owning all of the hardware.
Zuba owns the AI infrastructure (primarily GPUs) and leases them to AI companies. This separates the ownership of the hardware from the operating company.
This structure differs from using a public cloud such as renting GPUs from a hyperscaler. Under the Zuba model, AI companies effectively secures a dedicated fleet of hardware for its own use while outsourcing the capital ownership to an infrastructure vehicle like Zuba.
The result is greater control over compute capacity than typical cloud rentals, without requiring AI companies to fund the full purchase price upfront.
In that sense, Zuba resembles the ownership companies that finance aircraft, shipping containers, or energy infrastructure: it raises long-term capital, acquires specialized assets, and earns returns from long-term lease contracts with an operating company.
Whether you’re scaling a model or scaling a portfolio, we want to hear from you.
